PRICES:
- The above prices are intended per week (from Saturday to Saturday) for accommodation only, in STANDARD ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENTS with 4 beds.
- Easter holidays, April 25th, May 1st, and June 2nd long weekends: €50.00 per person per day with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
- Upon request (excluding July and August), shorter stays and mid-week arrivals and/or departures are available, always with accommodation only.
- The kitchenette must be left clean; otherwise, an extra fee of €30.00 will be charged.
- Mid-week cleaning of the apartment is available upon request at a cost of €20.00 per day (for cleaning, the apartment must be vacated by 10:30 am).
- Mid-week linen change is available upon request at a cost of €10.00 per person for bed linen and €10.00 per person for bathroom linen.
- A camping cot for children under 3 years old with bed linen included is available free of charge upon request at the time of booking.
- A self-service laundry is available for all guests, open 24 hours, at a cost of €4.00 per wash, detergents included.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
– Apartment rental including water, electricity, and gas consumption; air conditioning and/or heating; bed, bath, and kitchen linen; initial sanitization and final cleaning; pool access (swim cap required) with 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per apartment; Wi-Fi connection and parking space in a private, on-site car park with closed-circuit video surveillance in common transit areas and the option for electric vehicle charging.
– All apartments are equipped with a 32” HD TV, mosquito screens, safe, and living area with a double sofa bed. Only the two-bedroom apartments feature a second bedroom and second bathroom. All kitchens are well-equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen linen, and a drying rack.
– Guests have access to a beautiful 6,000 sqm garden with cozy relaxation areas, a pool, and a large patio furnished with comfortable seating and tables, perfect for gatherings for all ages.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
– Tourist tax: €1.50 per day per person starting from age 10, only for the first 7 days, to be paid at check-out.
INFORMATION AND TERMS:
– Security deposit required upon arrival: €150.00; this amount will be returned at the end of the stay after the apartment inspection.
– Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm; guests are kindly asked to strictly adhere to these hours.
– Check-out: by 9:30 am.
– Reception Service: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm – 24-hour telephone assistance.
– Conero Golf Club: partnership offering a 20% discount on the green fee.
– Pets: upon request, dogs are allowed only in certain types of ground-floor apartments with private outdoor space, at an extra cost of €50.00 per week.
