At what time can I check in?

The apartments are available from 4.00 pm but you can get to the house earlier, starting from 2.30 pm, and use the available common areas.

The check out is before 9.30 am on the day of departure. It is possible a late check out only if agreed the day before your departure with the reception at the price of half the daily rate in question.

Coming along the A14 motorway, exit at Ancona Sud then follow the signs for the Riviera del Conero and Sirolo. After about 10 km, on the left, go past Conero Golf Club and at the Bar Coppo turn left into Via Ancarano; take the dirt road and continue for about 2 km until you reach the entrance of the house.

Yes, the house offers its guests a free parking located on the left of the entrance gate. Cars, except for loading and unloading, will never be parked in front of the apartments.

We have an apartment on the ground floor with veranda for people with disabilities.

Some have a terrace; others are without terrace while all the ones on the ground floor have a veranda.

During the low season, the only limit is dictated by our reservations calendar. In high season, however (from 01/06 to 15/09) the period can be only a week (minimum) or multiples of a week, and always from Saturday to Saturday.

The number of occupants, unless an authorization, should never be higher than that established at the time of booking. Any visit of relatives or friends should be reported.

The supply of bed linen and towels is a compulsory service at the price of € 20.00 per person a week.

Linen and courtesy service are provided on arrival. The extra change at midweek only on request at the price of € 20.00 per person. For guests staying for 2 weeks, included in the price, the apartment is cleaned after the first week of stay (on Friday after your arrival).

The apartment will be delivered in perfect conditions. You can choose to return only the kitchen corner in the same conditions of order, or to decide for an extra cleaning service that costs € 30,00. In this case you must notify at least the day before you leave and the check out must be done before 9.30 am.

There is a special local self-service laundry located opposite the reception, where you can wash and dry your own personal laundry with ironing facilities available. Each apartment is equipped with a drying rack. Guests staying in the apartment without the terrace can use the spaces provided. Please don’t hang out the laundry – bathing suits and towels seas – on the railing of the terraces and verandas.

Each apartment disposes of a private toilet with shower, hairdryer, courtesy kit, TV, safe, air conditioning, espresso machine (the wafers can be bought at the reception), coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven.

Yes, there is a separate waste collection area located in the parking area.

Yes, there is a free wireless connection in the common areas and in each apartment.

Yes, the house is equipped with a fire suppression system to ensure maximum safety of the guests.

The choice of Residence, is ideal for families with children and for people who want to keep their habits on vacation. Each apartment is equipped with a convenient kitchen corner. For children under 3 years of age we have camping beds (excluding bed linen) and high chairs for free.

No, the house does not have a restaurant and a bar.

Dogs, both small or big, are allowed only. For further information contact us at 328/5424323.

The house has a large swimming pool set in a green space and equipped with jacuzzi. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water and in the area below the pool two showers and two toilets. It is included in the price the use of 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per apartment. A swimming cap is obligatory (you can buy it at the reception at a cost of € 2.00).

You will find a lovely garden with aromatic herbs, a large garden and a shaded and furnished relaxing area.

Yes, we are close to a golf club; at 300 meters from the house you can find a riding school; at less than 1 km there are two tennis courts and the Go Kart track. Guests can go on pleasant walks or mountain bike tours in the protected natural areas of the Park of Conero.

Yes it is, just refer to the reception staff to get all the information about taxi, transfer and cars, bikes and motorcycles rent.

Both the beaches of Sirolo and those of Numana are 3 km from the house.

Yes, there is the possibility of free transport to the Sirolo beach for those who rent an umbrella and two chairs at the beach.

Yes it is, at the time of reservation we need a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount by bank transfer or credit card.

TERMS OF BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

IL CASALE DI GIULIA

Please read the booking rules below carefully. Each booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract in accordance with current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for those making the booking.

Book

You can send a request for availability from our website or via e-mail and wait for our response. Alternatively, you can make an online reservation by following the instructions available on our website. Following the request you will receive an offer (non-binding). The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication showing the total price of the stay and after the payment of the deposit, to be made within 15 days by our confirmation. If the payment is not made within the requested time, the reservation is to be understood as null. The reservation becomes binding for ILCASALE DI GIULIA only upon receipt of a copy of the payment receipt of the deposit or of the credit card details on which to make the authorized withdrawal.

Confirmation of booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.Upon arrival it is mandatory to present a document of recognition for each person. To make changes to the reservation you need to contact the reception staff, who will do everything possible to meet the request. However, we can not guarantee the fulfillment of this request. If the booking is moved to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference.

Payment Methods – General Conditions:

A deposit is required no later than 15 days from the date of confirmation of the booking. In case of failure to receive the deposit within the indicated dates, the reservation is void. The same applies to the balance.

In the case of non-payment of the deposit, the reservation will be cancelled. The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay. As required by the civil code in art. 1385, will not be refunded in case of cancellation beyond the terms specified below or non-presentation.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer and credit card.

The balance of the reservation must be paid upon departure.

Cancellation Policy (individual bookings)

Any booking cancellation must be communicated in writing.

In case of cancellation, the deposit paid will be returned according to the following procedures:

  • cancellation one month before arrival: 100%
  • for cancellation between 29 and 0 days the total amount of deposit paid will be retained.

 

INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY: No refund is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay the entire stay booked.

 

NoShow: in case of no-show, the deposit paid will be withheld.
